Come home to yourself so that you can better connect and heal

I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) psychologist, woman of color with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with a variety of presenting life struggles. From an early age, I have been interested in how the mind works. This led me to a degree in Psychology and work with children, adolescents, college/graduate students and adults. My work has come back to my true passion of sexuality. As a human, woman and a mother the topic of sexuality has had great relevance.   

Like many people, I grew up without having much of a language or context for sexuality. There were many mixed messages about sexuality within my culture, family and religion. Sexuality is an integral part of each of us. None of us are broken or different. We are all unique and deserving of love and pleasure. However we choose to connect or express this is unique to every person.

My work is dedicated to helping others in a holistic way to reconnect to themselves first as a means to building deeper intimacy with themselves and others. This connection to ourselves allows us to heal and make space for connection, intimacy and vulnerability.
